The location was really good. also there was enough space to accomodate our group of 5. The view into the yard was lovely, as well as the roof terrasse.
The bathroom door handle was broken, which was not convenient, as the handle came off almost every time someone used it. There oven trays were dirty, which we cleaned ourselves.

Posizione centrale , spaziioza e luminosa fon tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e lavarsi. La chicca del barbecue sul terrazzo è veramente bella.
Non c’è l’ascensore quindi sicuramente più faticoso essendo all’ultimo piano. Il balcone era un po’ sporco.

It is a special space and the balcony is very pleasant. Love the exposed beams, brick, and historic vibe. Location also very good.
The amenities (very worn towels, one dish cloth, no oven mitts, some dirty dishes such as dirty baking tins in the drawer, one extra blanket, very small/flat pillows) make it feel like you are staying at a low-budget hostel. I had enquired a month earlier about a coffee maker so was dissapointed that there was not one there, and the host did not make a move to remedy this during our stay. These minimal comforts and slow responsiveness are odd as the price is about even with some mid to higher-end hotels.
