Dårlig renhold. Synlig skitt på overflater. Fettmerker. på vindu og glass. Sen innsjekk (kl.16) og tidlig utsjekk (kl. 10), trekker ned. Når man betaler såpass mye bør enheten følge normale inn og utsjekkstider. Oppgang var også skitten (trappegang)

Dishwasher was not cleaned and not in situation to use it. Hot water stopped by 8 AM itself

The location of the apartment was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. It offered convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and many of the city's main attractions, while still being situated in a pleasant and comfortable neighborhood. The area felt safe, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Overall, the location greatly enhanced our experience and exceeded our expectations.

One of the biggest inconveniences was that the apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator access. This information should be disclosed more prominently in the listing, as carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs can be challenging, especially for families. The bathroom was also quite small for a family of four, and the hot water supply was insufficient to allow all four guests to shower comfortably within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, there was an unpleasant fish odor coming from the refrigerator upon arrival. We later discovered that an open bag of frozen shrimp had been left in the freezer, which likely caused the smell. Cleanliness was another area where the apartment fell short of expectations. We found hair on what appeared to be freshly cleaned linens, and there was noticeable dust remaining in the second bedroom and living room, suggesting that the cleaning had not been completed thoroughly before our arrival.
