Three qualifications. 1) It was not clear to us that the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator; 2) the bed had been made in one room only, and we needed the two rooms; 3) it was difficult to get in because of the complicated electronic lock that does not work with a key. We had to call several times and each time talked to a different person, who was not alwa
