Nice and clean, fairly well equipped, and in a decent location.

Digital lock didnt automatically load, so had to call a number to get access which was sorted fairly quickly (once we actually got hold of someone) but meant we were stuck for a while trying to get in.

The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. It was good to have a washing machine.

Only 1 adult received the keys. It took 3 phone calls to get keys for the other 3 adults who needed keys on their phones. It took us an hour when we first arrived which was frustrating.

We liked the central location.

Instructions for how to use appliances were ontop of fridge. Very hard to reach and notice. Washing machine writings in Polish? Very important: there should be a railing to grab on, coming from far bedroom. Also, a railing coming in from entrance door to go up. There should be a binder with info on shopping, grocery shopping ect.

Good location near a major transport hub but a quiet street. Comfy beds and spacious living area. This company uses digital apps for keys and this property has 3 keys, doors. Bit fiddly.

There is simply no comms from this company. If you have a problem and message them they don't respond in a timely way. Our 2nd stay with them and just as patchy as the first. On arrival for our 3 night stay we informed them that the air con was malfunctioning. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. Also no coffee making possible - no press or drip maker. there was a kettle only. They did not answer or send an engineer round to repair the malfunctioning air con until our last evening ( very inconvenient) and also said no coffee pot available. Not good enough. when you self cater you expect to be able to make a decent breakfast. Our previous apartment had coffee maker so we bought filter papers, wasted on this one - we had to go to a coffee shop. All very well to have smart tech in the apartment but need to leave instructions so people can't jam or break it as had obviouslyhappened. Also there is no excuse for not leaving guests the instructions for any appliances. Would not use this company again.
