Apartamento Alyce

We loved the location of the apartment. The view over the old harbour to the sea was breathtaking. A swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers was easily accessible in the complex. The apartment was spacious, with a large bed, sliding door wardrobes, a nice sized bathroom with walk in shower and a washing machine. The lounge area had a sofa bed and open plan kitchen. Tv and dining set. There was a nice patio set on the veranda and a washing airer. The apartment was on the first floor and we found our way very well to and from it. The apartment is very close to all bars, restaurants and shops. A taxi rank was very close too along with a water bus to the next harbour and a bus route to other parts of the island. I would recommend staying in these apartments. It was value for miney and probably the best location we've ever stayed at in lanzarote.

There's not much to complain about this apartment. A fusty smell ingrained in the textiles/fabrics in the apartment soft furnishings was a little off putting. Like they needed a wash. The bathroom had a bad smell to it too. Like a damp smell. There was no decent size mirror in the apartment for dressing. A few towel pegs or a rail would have been handy for the bathroom as there was nowhere to hang dressing gowns or towels. The kettle was a tiny travel kettle and only made 2 cups of tea at a time. The tv would have been great if it had some English channels to watch when it was poor weather. We only got one or 2 channels and no news channel. No music channels or anything. A spare blanket would have been nice as it was quite chilly at night and the bed only had a thin cover and one blanket. Other than these small niggles, we really enjoyed our stay there. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Nagyon jó helyen van, a központ és a strand kb 10 perc gyalog. Az óceánra néző kilátás gyönyörű volt. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, mindig elérhető, minden kérdésemre válaszolt és a repülőgép indulása előtti napon még taxit is intézett nekünk . Habár a leírásban nincs benne hogy babaágyat biztosítanak, mi előzetesen egyeztettünk és kértünk utazóágyat és tudtak biztosítani. Külön köszönet érte! A medence is nagyon jó hogy van. Csodás partok vannak a közelben, gyerekkel is kiválóak! A szállástól pár percre van szupermarket, mindent meg lehet venni amire szükség van.

Mindent áthallani a szomszédoktól de ez az épület hibája. A babakocsit kicsit nehéz tolni a környéken lévő emelkedőkön. :) Klíma a szálláson hasznos lenne. Októberben voltunk, elviselhető volt a meleg akkor de nyáron nem tudom mennyire melegedhet fel a lakás.

Apartment and location were great , Balcony got he sun all day and furniture and drying area was also good. Very comfortable bed and pillows and plenty of storage for clothes. Short walk to supermarket and local restaurants in Porto Del Carmen

The apartment had not been cleaned properly Balcony had nut shells and beer caps left under furniture and floors were dusty. Bathroom shower cubical and drainage required cleaning, having to clean out other peoples hair from the shower to prevent it from flooding was not a great start to the holiday. Toaster and kettle could be upgraded, having a kettle that doesn't switch itself off and only boils enough water for one cup of tea is not ideal. lack of decent sized glasses would also be helpful as drinking a beer out of a shot glass is not ideal. Having a safe in the apartment would be an advantage
