Lots of locations near by, and enough facilities in the room for a morning coffee too.

The view was fantastic. Very clean, and the fireplace was awesome.

Had some minor issues with the blinds but between the manager and myself we sorted, just meant we couldn’t check in on time. The owner rang me after and apologized and offered me a full refund for the inconvenience. Excellent service.

The views are absolutely stunning and truly world-class. The bath was a highlight of our stay, with plenty of hot water and a beautiful setting to relax in. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a number of practical issues. The town effectively shut down after 5pm, leaving only a handful of dining options, all of which closed by around 8pm. This wouldn't have been such a problem if there had been facilities to prepare or reheat food, but there was no microwave in the room. The accommodation was also lacking a table or desk, which made it difficult to play board games, use a laptop, read, or eat indoors during wet weather. As it rained for most of our stay, this became quite limiting. The biggest issue, however, was the internet connection. It was largely unusable and only worked intermittently for a few hours during our stay. With limited dining options, no practical indoor workspace, and unreliable internet, our evening entertainment was effectively restricted to free-to-air television. The property itself has some lovely qualities, but these shortcomings had a significant impact on our overall experience.
