A beautiful and cozy 1 bedroom condo located in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. The condo is freshly painted, with brand new appliances. Within minutes from downtown, there is ample amenities in reach. UR, and strong hospital is minutes away. The Blue cross arena is within walking distance. There is a beautiful park close to the condo. There are also great choices of restaurants just a few minutes away: Dinosaurs BBQ (Southern-style meats), to mention a few. Calm and peaceful neighborhood; there is a park and a trail within walking distance, as well as close to the waters. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Close-by to the RIT, Strong, UofR, and the Strong medical center. Tesla drivers/lovers have EV charging station in the garage for convenience. Exercise equipment available for your convenience. Our updated bathrooms on the upper level with additional half bathroom/powder room on the 1st floor provides added convenience. We provide full kitchen that is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, kettle, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and waffle maker, to mention a few! I always appreciate a place that looks and has been bleach clean. Everything was spotless. Good and quick communication with the owner. My only feedback for improvement would be the couch could be more comfortable, provide more seating like a loveseat or a comfy chair. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could use an upgrade to a plush pillows. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This was very a good stay perfect for what I needed it comes with literally everything you need ! WiFi was good with connecting, host was very responsive , awesome neighborhood! will book again 10/10 !

My host checked on me often. The condo was cozy and easy to move around. The garage was a nice bonus.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. Also, the reservation disappeared from the system the day before areival so accessing the checkout information was difficult wasnproblemaric. door opene
