Charming 3-bedroom house in Annapolis ⚓️🛥️⛵️ on the Chesapeake Bay

Make yourself at home in this delightful 3-bedroom Annapolis retreat. With a king bed, queen bed, and full bed, this house offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, and a washing machine during your stay. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a shower. This home has private parking to up to 6 cars. Outside patio/grill plus TV for your afternoon enjoyment. Quick walk to Naval academy, stadium and downtown. If you don't want to walk bring Bikes or Uber. Enjoy all that Annapolis has to offer when you stay at our place. This is our home that we love sharing with you. All rooms will be spotless however please keep in mind there will be personal items around. I do my best to keep it all tucked away. Please be mindful of our belongings.
The backyard is nicely shaded and leaves are always falling 🍁 Backyard backs up to the stream that goes into Spa creek, we are at the water's edge. Please note part of backyard is under construction to remove Bamboo. It takes a lot of time to have removed so please bear with that side of yard. Yard is huge, so you can use all other parts. Patio has couch, chairs, eating area and small grill. It is delightful.

Truxton Park is a nice hike to explore waters, Wildlife, Bald Eagles and we are known for our Oak Trees. Entrance in right around the corner in community. Go take a nice hike, play pickle ball, or just run around. West Street is a 10 min walk to get to some yummy Dining. Take a walk over around Spa Creek through the Elementary school into Murray Hill....Nature is all around. Come stay in a neighborhood yet still get to live in downtown Annapolis
