Welcome to our Academy Holiday Home, where we invite you to visit, relax, and spend time with family and friends (and your midshipman, if that is the reason for your visit). With the US Naval Academy only 3 miles away and several dining, entertainment, retail, and grocery options close by, this house is ideal.

We offer a well-appointed three-bedroom/three full and 2 half bath, townhome, in a quiet community. The home offers ample space, open floors, and plenty of sun. The gas fireplace and outdoor terrace provide fantastic options, for all seasons.
A new modern townhome built over 4 levels, has a master and 2 additional bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms and closets, accommodating up to 6 adult guests. In addition to a large living and dining area, there is a loft with seating and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two additional guests.
A fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit, offer additional conveniences when traveling solo or with family. The balcony off the living room and open terrace off the loft, bring private outdoor spaces within reach.
