Welcome to our listing on East Street. Located in the heart of downtown our front porch sits in the shade of the iconic Maryland State house dome. Sit and relax on one of our two porches and watch the buzz of town. Two blocks to USNA, City Dock, AYC and every main attraction in town. Our guests use one of the city pay garages to park. Go Navy!
It's an updated historic home furnished by a local designer. Front porch and private backyard with screened in porch is rare in town.
No Parking on site. Guests must park in a city garage.
Quiet hours strictly enforced after 10 pm in Historic District.
No pets, smoking, any kind of parties or additional guests.
Extra fees required for additional cleaning or late check out.

The house was great! Perfectly located to downtown Annapolis and Navy's campus and stadium. Parking was easier than I expected as the garage is a short walk. The host was great and very responsive. Will definitely look for this house again during our next trip!
