One of Folly’s Best! River’s Roost is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo that overlooks the serene Folly River. Watch boaters sail by and dolphins play right from your private porches. Tucked away in Mariner’s Cay, this rental provides access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a fishing dock. It is located just a leisurely ride to Folly and a 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston.
This two-story condo is spacious for 4 guests. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the porch and river. The screened-in porch has a dining table and lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, even a dishwasher. The dining lounge is the perfect spot for a competitive game night. There are three Smart TVs, WIFI, and a DVD player. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom. The attached porch is the perfect way to wake up and relax. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom upstairs as well.
This property is not pet-friendly. There is 1 assigned parking spot. The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. Beautiful property! Loved the screened porch, we were able to watch dolphins and just enjoy the temperatures. It is maybe a 1 mile walk across the bridge into Folly Beach. Very close to many restaurants & the beach.

We were very pleased with the property. The weather was bad one day but we still were able to have an enjoyable time watching the boats on the river.
