We saw dolphins every morning. Just a short walk across the bridge to the pier and beach.
The property needs a little tlc. There are several spots that are evident of water damage and possible mold.

Loved the screened in balcony. The view is amazing. Saw dolphins every day
The pool needs to be cleaned everyday.
Every time we went it have a lot of debris in it.
We had to clean it ourselves. Never saw anyone cleaning it or checking or adding chemicals

Beautiful condo with spectacular view, very clean and convenient location.

Amazing waterfront views, very close to the beach, easy drive into Charleston, nicely appointed condo AND we watched dolphins frolicking from the balcony!
There seemed to be a lot of construction happening in the development.
