This house is on the Sammamish River and we enjoyed all the ducks and geese that swam up to the dock. We were there a week with 7 adults and the space was very accommodating. We did need to restock on toiletries and bought some soap bars for the showers. It was the perfect location for visiting my parents at the Chateau Bothell Landing.

Well maintained spacious house with relaxing outdoor patios. Modern appliances with great features. Very comfortable beds. Property manager worked with us on adjustments to check-in and check-out times. We very much enjoyed our stay.
