This Residential Home in a Beautiful, Quiet, Safe and Peaceful neighborhood. The Home was built in 2004. Upgraded in 2025: New Quartz counter top and new toilets in all bathrooms, new LVP floor in two full bathrooms upstairs, new range, new Quartz counter top in kitchen.

Your reservation is for entire Home with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths + office, you will have private access to the entire home except for garage.
This is self-service home like you stay in your own home, guests need to do cleaning for themselves, pull garbage can out and in, wash towels, exchange bulbs and small items for themselves when needed, we will prepare the spare bulbs or pay for the small items, we don't provide daily service for the convenience of both of us.

Pulling into the driveway or street, you will see a lock box on the handle of front door, open the lock box for the entry key by the code sent to you before check in.

Lock the front door, put back entry key in lockbox, close the lockbox. Please don't forget to change the lockbox number randomly.
With 2 driveway parking and plentiful free street parking.
Pulling into the driveway, you will see a lock box in front of front door, open the lock box for the entry key by the code sent to you before check in.
Entering the front door, go upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms share one full bathroom, Master bedroom with its own Master bathroom inside.
1 King bed in master bedroom for 2 people.
1 queen bed in bedroom1 for 2 people.
1 queen bed in bedroom2 for 2 people.
1 queen bed in office for 2 people (or you can choose only for remote work without bed).
2 single mattresses for 2 people.
Downstairs the living area features a high end Couch and gas fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, oven and microwave.
There is an outdoor of the dinning area to the back yard. Gardener or owner will do gardening in front and back yards once two weeks.

* We provide dishes, cups, pan, folks, knife and silverware etc. for cooking.
* We don't provide rice, oil, salt, sauce and seasoning. Please prepare for yourself if cooking.
* All guests are expected to clean up after themselves & make sure that all the dishes are washed before leaving (we provide dish washing liquid, wipes, etc.) to make it look gorgeous for each of our bookings.
* All guests are expected to wash the linens, towels, quilt cover etc. themselves during stay, washer & dryer in laundry room, we provide Laundry Detergent.
* No food remainders into the sink in bathrooms, food remainders only in food remainders' can in kitchen.
*. The Trash Can is gray outside, trash pick up day is Wednesday (once a week); the Recycle bin is blue one, pick up day is Wednesday (once two weeks). Garbage container and recycle bin are to be put out in Tuesday evening and taken in before Wednesday evening.
* Only toilet paper into toilet and flush, no any other items into toilet please.
* Laundry room use:
-. No shoes in washer and dryer absolutely.
-. After camping / fishing...…the very dirty clothes with mud etc. have to be washed by hand before put in washer to keep it clean for each of our bookings.
* Quiet time: 10:00pm-8:00am. please respect the neighbor's peace.
