About this apartment rental

House "Sabine". In the district of Siedlung-Holdernach 3.5 km from the centre of Kappl, 14 km from the centre of Ischgl, 18 km from the centre of Landeck, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km, grocery 3.5 km, bus stop "Kappl Holdernach Siedlung" 550 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.4 km. Ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Sabine", 5-room apartment 90 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple furnishings: 3 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Velmi příjemné ubytování nedaleko sjezdovek - cca 3 km. I skibus staví nedaleko a jezdí velmi často. Vybavení apartmánu je na velmi dobré úrovni, prostor je nadstandardní, majitelé vstřícní a příjemní. Prostorná lyžárna s vyhřívanými stojany na boty, sleva na skipasy a do půčovny vybavení.
