Excellent customer service. Staff was very welcoming. Location was good and close to all the tourist places. I felt a bit unsafe at night though.

Excellent location, easily walkable from train station late night. Friendly office person to check in. However, had to hike 3 levels stairs 3 times, since key wasn't in door as first informed. 3rd hike was to retrieve the AC telecommander. Whew!

Hotel near St Charles train station. not a very good neighborhood but the good thing is all site can be reachable by foot
