Excellent pools nice room with pool view

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anna for her kindness and assistance—she was especially helpful and made us feel very welcome. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. They were also very kind to provide us with extra towels for pool, even though they were not included in our booking.This showed great hospitality and attention to guests. Everything was good overall, and we really appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff. The only area that could be improved is the cleaning, as it was not at a high level and could have been more thorough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are grateful to the staff for their excellent hospitality.

Very nice hotel and very good value of money. The room was clean and very helpful staff. Definitely I will come back for my next holiday and I recommend it.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The hotel has two buildings — an old one and a new one. When making the reservation, we specifically chose a room in the new building, and the photos shown during the booking process were also of rooms in the new building. However, after arriving at the hotel and entering our room, we immediately realized that it was completely different from what we had booked. When I asked at reception, I was told that we had been placed in the old building. After investigating the situation, it turned out that I had indeed booked a room in the new building, but the hotel’s system was showing a room in the old building. Unfortunately, the staff told us that this was not their problem and that we should contact the company through which we made the reservation — Agoda. We were offered the option of moving to the new building by paying an additional fee. However, it then turned out that there were no available rooms in the new building at that time. We were told to come back the next morning and that they would try to resolve the issue then. Since we were told that the problem would be dealt with the following morning, we agreed to compromise and stayed one night in the old building. The next morning, however, there was a completely different woman at reception, and we had to explain the entire situation all over again. Unfortunately, we received exactly the same response — that it was not the hotel’s responsibility and that the problem was with the company through which we had booked. There was no real attempt to resolve the situation or take responsibility. They were not even willing to split the additional cost of the new building 50/50, despite the fact that the booking mistake was clearly not made by us. I also asked to speak directly with the manager. I was told that I had to email the manager, but nobody could tell me when I would receive a response. Two days have now passed, and I still have not received any reply. As for the old building itself, the room was in poor condition. Many things were visibly old, darkened and yellowed from age. The bathroom door was also broken — the latch was not working, so the door could not properly close or lock. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering that we specifically booked a room in the new building. What was even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We were willing to compromise and stay one night while waiting for the issue to be resolved, but the next day we were simply given the same explanation again without any solution. I would not recommend this hotel.
