    It was our third time in this hotel. Swimming pool was very clean and stuff was great also we had early check-in.

    Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. On our first night, there was an awful smell in the room which we eventually discovered was coming from the mattress and bedsheets. Both felt damp and there was a very strong smell of urine. The bathroom was in a very run-down condition, with stains on the walls, and we also spotted cockroaches. The shower then failed to drain properly, causing the bathroom floor to flood. We had to use multiple towels ourselves to soak up the water. We were moved to another room during the night while the mattress and other issues were supposedly being dealt with. However, the following day we were moved back into our original room because we had specifically paid for a room with a balcony, which the temporary room did not have. What was particularly concerning was that, after returning to our room, we looked over the balcony and saw the mattress from our room left outside. It appeared to have been hosed down and left to dry. This was extremely concerning and made us question whether the mattress was simply going to be reused for another guest. Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the place was nowhere near the standard we expected. The experience seriously affected our stay, and based on what we experienced, we would not stay here again.
