The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, the cleanliness and facilities left much to be desired, which impacted the overall experience. The staff was somewhat helpful but not outstanding. Considering the value for money, the stay felt disappointing despite the prime location.

Do NOT stay here. I tried uploading 9 photos several times and kept getting an error page which is really sketchy. I purchased a room for one night; wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I had to wait while the cleaner finished prepping my room, which I’m happy to do if it means I get a clean room. I used to be a cleaner, I get it. She left, and it looked like no cleaning was done. Or if it had, I’d hate to see the before. The curtains, pillow cases, and cover all had cigarette burn holes. I didn’t sleep under the sheets—I slept on my own personal towel on top of everything. It all just grossed me out (that’s saying a lot because I’ve been staying in a shelter in Skid Row that is nicer than this hotel). The outlet for the AC was missing the cover, outlet exposed, an absolute fire hazard. Speaking of, the fire detector had been removed. There was trash crammed between the wall and bed. There was a size sticker from clothing on the bathroom wall. No trash bins in the room. There was, what appeared to be chunks of dog hair on the floor. The room smelled like old, stagnant cigarette smoke that was absorbed in the bedding and walls. It made my throat hurt.

Not to bad I can be a little noisy but it wasn’t bad and very safe as I felt safe
