Хороше розташування в центральній частині міста. Велика кількість пам'яток, закладів харчування та мережа громадського транспорту поруч. Уся необхідне побутова техніка для комфортного проживання.
Кухня - це прибудова до будинку на терасі. У сезон дощів на кухні протікає стеля. На терасі та кухні є пліснява через постійну вологість. Можливо, в сухий сезон це було б не так помітно.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Bei Anliegen und Fragen haben wir schnelle Hilfe bekommen. Auch die Beschreibung wo wir unsere Schlüssel finden war unkompliziert und einfach. Der Aussenbereich war wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location on a quiet safe street but so close to the best areas. It was also not too far up the many hills of Lisbon!
The outdoor decking area has a lot of pigeons which I didn’t like, but obviously this is not the fault of the home owners at all. Inside everything was lovely. The key has a certain knack to it to get the door open, but once you learn it you’re fine.

La ubicacion es de las mejores en Lisboa, muy buenas vistas desde el apartamento a la bahía. Muy buena dimensión de los ambientes del apartamento.
La terraza esta permaenete sucia porque arriba del apartamento hay un balcon publico donde la gente fuma y bebe por la noche, quedando los residuos por todos lados. Coliilas, vasos, botellas, etc. Le moviliario esta desfastado y nada se ve en optimas condiciones, un poco sucio.
