About this apartment rental
An incredible 100m2 apartment that has been designed to offer comfort and style. My home is perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends visiting Lisbon.
Composed of a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove and oven; a dining area that opens up to a large living room for you to relax and watch television. One master bedroom with a double bed, and a secondary room with an additional two single beds. Wifi is provided throughout the apartment.
My home has 2 bathrooms (one of them is ensuite to the master bedroom) and you will find complimentary towel, soap and shampoo provided for your convenience.
Please note that the washing machine is currently unavailable as it is being repaired.

NOTE: The tram passes right in front of the apartment and it can be heard.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Rua de São Bento is a street that crosses through districts, exhibiting the rich and beautiful history of old Lisbon. The neighborhood is filled with churches, convents and palaces that have been transformed into art schools, such as the Higher School of Dance located in The Pombal Palace.
Furthermore, there's also the Palacete de São Bento which holds the seat of Parliament, and the Assembleia de República.
It easy to get around Lisbon on foot via Metro; you can catch the 28E Tram to Alfama as it would stop right outside the door.
Alternatively, taxis and buses are available at your convenience.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Perfect location. Master bed was broken! Was fixed after the first night. Showers are only hand held and quite low. In general we found all our rentals in Portugal lacked or were very poor in amount and quality of bathroom amenities provided.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great neighbourhood in Lisbon, close to many restaurants and cafes. The host was caring and responsive, even advising within minutes of local clinics to address a minor medical issue during our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

The flat is quite comfortable, the rooms are decent size and beds are really comfortable. There are amenities nearby like - grocery shops, coffee shops and more. Central Lisbon is easily reachable via public transport or even taxi. If you are up for it then you can walk as well. There is a tram line (the famous Tram 28) just outside the property. However, during our stay the tram on this line wasn't operational due to an on-going construction work elsewhere.I have read reviews of sound or noise but we didn't experience any issues really. Please note that one of the main doors (on the ground floor) doesn't open and there is a notice on the inside on the top of the door asking not to open that particular door. So it is a slight inconvenience getting luggage through the door.The flat seems to be refurbished and has a modern feel to it. Overall we had a good stay!

Nice unit in central location.We had a problem with the bed as I think the mattress supports must of broken and my wife and I were actually sinking into the middle.I alerted Guest Ready contact and she asked if there was a time they could come over.We were touring that day so I told her we would be gone all day so they could come over when it was convenient.I left it at that and didn’t look at my phone for at least 4 hours.They had left a text asking for my permission to get into unit which I had thought I had already done.Long story short they never came that day and we had to sleep on a sloping mattress again.
