Check-in was hassle free and the staff were easy to reach and quick to respond. The location is no less than perfect, it's right smack in the beating heart of Shinjuku, but far enough that it's away from the loudest and busiest parts. The unit was also just on the second floor so it was easy to reach and was great for our family since we had senior citizens and a toddler on the group. The facilities and amenities were OK. Bedding was nice. The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
As with most units in Tokyo, the unit was kinda small. It also had a low ceiling on some parts (like the toilet), so if any members of your group are taller than average, you might find some areas of the unit uncomfortable to navigate.

Very easy to get access to our room. We fit comfortably with 2 parents and 2 young adult children. Great location in Shinjuku. Beds were comfortable. Good wi-fi. The room was clean.
Street noise was very loud in the morning. We traveled in January and it was difficult to warm the room up. We were able to get it warm but had to keep the heat going at all times. Dishsoap was very diluted, no hand soap provided. Coffee and tea containers were empty. I'm not sure they intended to provide any of these things. Just know to bring your own.
