Zweckmäßige Ausstattung und Stauraum im Einzelzimmer (gelbes Zimmer): Kommode, Kleiderbügel, Schreibtisch; gute Matratze. Gemeinschafts-Duschbad und -WC (für drei Zimmer) ansprechend und sauber. In der Gemeinschaftsküche ist alles Nötige vorhanden, was man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs und zum Bahnhof (Regionalbahnen nach Hamburg). Unkomplizierter, sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter; Einchecken über Schlüsselsafe mit Code.
Der Rauchmelder fehlte.
