Das Haus liegt ca. 400 m entfernt zum Edeka-Markt, und einem griechischen , sowie einem italienischen Restaurant und einem Hotel mit Restaurantbetrieb. Zum S-Bahnhof Wedel sind es ca. 4km, zum Bahnhof Pinneberg etwa 8 km. Bushaltestelle Wedel-Pinneberg ca. 100m entfernt.
Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über eine schmale und relativ steile Treppe. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Rasenfläche, jedoch war die beschriebene Grillmöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. In der Küche des Appartements hätte ich mir eine Pfanne gewünscht, ansonsten war das Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad ist sehr schmal mit einem kleinen Waschbecken, die Dusche im hinteren Teil aber ausreichend groß. Eine kleine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten befindet sich direkt am Haus, jedoch blickt man von dort direkt in das Schlafzimmer der unteren Wohnung.
