Very responsive host. Wonderful apartment with attention to detail. Big space. Everything supplied in the kitchen. Center location.

The only negative is that there is no elevator and quite a tricky spiral staircase to carry all the luggage up.

Relaxing, comfortable, quiet and fully-eqipped apartment in a cental location.

Restaurant smell comes from downstairs sometimes.

Great location. Clean. Good value for money. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked

The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain could be replaced. Some dishwasher tablets would be great, and shampoo and body wash too, as the bottles were almost all empty.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Schon beim Betreten des Hauses hat man das Gefühl, hier stimmt etwas nicht. Der Eingangsbereich und der Hausflur sind in einem völlig inakzeptablen, abstoßenden Zustand – hier hilft keine einfache Reinigung mehr, es ist eine komplette Kernsanierung nötig Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar geräumig, aber stark in die Jahre gekommen und absolut unzureichend gepflegt. Der Fußboden ist abgenutzt, die Badezimmertür ist notdürftig repariert und die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen ein reines Glücksspiel. Zudem fehlte es an Sauberkeit: Neben Spinnweben und Krümeln im Wohnbereich waren auch die Lampe und die Abluftanlage im Bad offenkundig seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung und leider nicht zu empfehlen.
