good but could be better
Good location, bright, there is enough space for 2 persons
I think it is not right that there are no towels even though they informed us in advance and we accepted it. The coffee machine is not working properly because the jug is not suitable. We thought it would be useful if there was air conditioning because of the heat during our stay and because the house had its share of this heat. There should be a microwave. There is no lift and it's hard to climb three floor when you are loaded.

- No air condition (AC) and you stay at the last floor.

- very nice apartment - clean , large, very good kitchen (all you need is there); big bathroom
- very good location - walking distance from the train station and to the city centre
- close to the markets
- good contact with the owner
- 3rd floor, no elevator; with big luggage it can be a challenge, also for people that are not in a fit condition
- for me bed was too soft, my back felt this. moved to the sofa, which was a bit better for me, but it was 'sofa quality' only

Great location, clean and price benefit on point.
Location was perfect. Lock box worked without any issues. Communication with the host was flawless. Flat was super clean. The facilities were great. The kitchen met as described. Whole staying went smoothly. Recommend it.
We were traveling in 4, the second (sofa) bed was not the most comfortable. Also there was no division or separation from the bedroom to the living room - where the sofa bed was located - so not much privacy.

The living room is really big and with the kitchen is a really nice space.
I also liked having a toaster and the candles.
we brought our food in order to eat there and everything we needed was there.
the comforter was a bit small for 2.

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung, unsichere Wohnung
Wohnung nahe Wiesbaden Zentrum
Leider hatte ich hier eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. In der ersten Nacht stand die Tür offen, obwohl mein Mann und ich uns sicher waren, dass wir abgeschlossen hatten. Am nächsten Tag komme ich allein in die Wohnung und ein Trockengerät steht im Bad, eine Fliese aus der Duschwanne raus gebrochen. Der Besitzer hatte mich am Tag zuvor angerufen, dass Menschen um 8 Uhr von der Versicherung kommen wollten, da es wohl eine Schaden im Bad gab. Bis 08:10 Uhr ist niemand aufgetaucht, bin gegangen und hab den Besitzer geschrieben,dass ich los muss. Die Wohnung wurde also ohne mein Wissen geöffnet, mein Zeug verrückt (gefehlt hat nichts) und eine wildfremde Frau sagt mir im Flur dass jemand in der Wohnung war und ich das Trockengerät anlassen soll (lauuuuutttt!!!!!!). Nachdem ich dem Besitzer geschrieben habe, dass es gar nicht geht dass unabgesprochen jemand in die Wohnung geht erstmal keinen Reaktion, erst nach Eskalation zu booking. Der Besitzer war zunächst sehr freundlich, meinte zu mir er wüsste auch nichts davon dass jemand in der Wohnung war (was mir persönlich noch mehr Unbehagen bereitet hat, wenn noch nicht Mal der Besitzer weiß, wer wann in der Wohnung ist?) als ich dann meinte, ich hätte gerne eine Rückzahlung für die verbleibenden Nächte und würde mir gern etwas anderes suchen war es mit dem Verständnis leider vorbei. " Der Grund kann nicht sein, dass jemand in der Wohnung war, im Hotel kann auch jederzeit jemand ins Zimmer" ich persönlich finde immer noch es ist ein guter Grund sich unwohl zu fühlen und die Wohnung verlassen zu wollen , wenn ich im Hotel das " bitte nicht stören" Schild raus hänge gehe ich auch davon aus, dass niemand rein kommt. Unabgesprochen, ohne die Einwilligung des Mieters, in die gemietete Wohnung zu gehen ist in Deutschland übrigens Hausfriedensbruch, außer im akuten Notfall (Brand, Gefahr fürs Leben) der hier nicht vorlag.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, aber gefährliche Elektrik!
Elektrik war marode! Steckdose im Bad locker, man sah die Kabel!!
Heizung war defekt, viele Schalter ohne Funktion oder defekt!

Nous avons eu froid pendant 48Heures!
l'appartement n'avait pas été chauffé: il faisait 15° à notre arrivée et il a fallu attendre deux jours pour enfin atteindre les 19°. De plus un radiateur était signalé défectueux alors qu'il faisait -4° dehors: On a donc eu froid pendant 48H. le propriétaire m' a reproché de ne pas l'avoir alerté mais il savait bien qu'un des 2 radiateurs était défecteux. Les draps du lit sont en polyester: c'est simplement affreux de se coucher dans cette matière synthétique: Pourquoi ne pas mettre du coton ? heureusement que ma famille a pu me preter de vrais draps de lit en coton! Je suis très déçue, pour le tarif, on s'attend à au moins un appartement pré-chauffé et des draps en coton!

Eine sehr ruhige und gut erreichbare (Bundesbahn) Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit guter Ausstattung
Betten: Sehr gute Schlaffestigkeit (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich)
Sofa: Sehr gute Sitzfestigkeit
Küche: Hochwertige Geräte und sauberes Geschirr (brauchte vor Benutzung nicht geputzt werden!)
Lage: ca. 5 min. sicherer Fußweg zur Fußgängerzone und wichtigen Buslinien (Ringkirche, Louisen-Forum).
Ruhe: Absolut ruhige Lage (grüner "Hinterhofblick")!! Kein Problem, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.
Vermieter: Sehr freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit bei kleinen Wünschen.
Meine Frau und ich sind beide um die 70. Dennoch haben wir die 80 Stufen geschafft. Sogar mit Koffer. Man sieht dann auch das schöne Treppenhaus. Ja, ein Fahrstuhl wäre bequemer gewesen. Aber erstmal waren die Stufen deutlich genannt und zweitens waren sie eigentlich kein Problem.
