Great location and view. The house was set up great making it easy for us to settle right and enjoy our stay. The wildlife in the yard brought an unexpected and fun element to our stay.

She provided eggs, cereal, bread, fresh fruit, and other ingredients to make our own breakfast. It was very nice.

Convenient location. Space was incredibly spacious with an incredible view of the sound. Terana provided some fresh fruit and cereals which was a pleasant surprise. Unit had all the amenities you would need.

Neighbors could be loud.

Finding the property was a bit of a hassle. No sign outside that this was the place, and a gate and it was closed so I didnt feel good about opening it and going in. In some states you can get shot for that. Owner had to direct us to the actual parking area. We specifically asked about EV charging, and it was a primary reason we booked there. I looked, but could not find an EV charger anywhere near the parking place, so we just charged elsewhere. We do not usually stay in any Air BNB type places so I do not have a standard for how these should be. But to me this looked like a Mom & Pop renovation on a limited budget. Amateur woodwork, electrical, and tile work. Disconcerting that there is an uncapped gas line in the front room next to an exercise bicycle. Front door is racked and doesnt close or lock easily. Lots of "do this, dont do that" sort of signs that get mocked on TV commercials.
