Great location, host spoke English. Wonderful house to stay at Veliko Turnovo.

Great location, great house and had everything we need. It was hard for us to find the parking area, but we managed to phone the host to pin us a location on google map. Host also was English speaking. We found the parking area and the host greeted us kindly. The location was perfect, 15min walk to all the sight seeing locations and house was top notch and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location for a trip with a large family or friends.

The villa was very nice, we stayed there with other friends and everything was great! Very close to the old town centre and some top restaurants, in a quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, so we didn't miss anything

The bathrooms are quite small, and the shower in two of them is on the bathroom wall, there is no shower cabin or some other kind of separation for the rest of the bathroom, so the water falls everywhere.

Locatie frumoasa, cu facilitati multiple si dotari bune pentru bucatarie, chiar si masina de spalat vase. Curatenie si foarte buna comunicare cu proprietarul . Vila dispune de curte cu foișor . Dispune si de facilități pentru gratar dar nu le-am folosit. Foarte aproape de centrul orasului, situat in partea inalta cu priveliste minunata de pe terasa . Utile cele 2 bai si una de servici in cazul nostru. Recomand cu incredere !

Старият град е хем близо, хем не съвсем - на около 500метра. Къщата е нова, но както писах по-долу е доста студена в приземният етаж, ако не е топло навън. Има сауна. Има барбекю на двора, но само ако е топло време, иначе духа сериозно в двора. Първият етаж от къщата, където бяхме настанени няма хубава гледка.

Получихме грубо отношение от представителя на собствениците при възникнал проблем с ключалката за апартамента в 21:30 събота вечер при дъждовно време и ни бе заявено в прав текст да се оправяме сами. Исках просто да дойде и да погледне какво не е наред или да отключи резервната врата. "Аз какво очаквате да направя по това време. Не живея в града, пробвайте сами да извадите ключа". Вследствие на което се оказа, че повредихме несъзнателно ключалката на вратата, иначе трябваше да останем навън на студено. За капак на всичко на следващият ден ни бе поискано да заплатим ремонта на стойност 200лв., което и направихме с нежаление, разбира се. Това са 200лв все пак, с които можехме да купим нещо на децата! Поисках да бъде извикан ключар, но ми бе заявено, че нямало в неделя. Това ни е преживяването с представителя на собственика. Може да се случи на абсолютно всеки, но не получихме нормално човешко отношение, поради което споделяме и оставям негативна оценка, най-вече заради липса на нормална човечност. Да имате все пак едно наум. Къщата се намира на 100 метра от паркинга с не малко стъпала до нея (около 50), което ако си с малки деца не е никак удобно и приятно. Интернет-а също е под всякаква критика. Случихме на сравнително хладно за сезона време. В тази връзка да предупредя. Приземният етаж (апартамента с 1 спалня) е усоен и доста студен като цяло, дори с включени климатици. Чак при дневни температури над 10 градуса почва да се затопля. Определено не го препоръчвам на семейства с малки деца, не само заради температурата и това, че пода е изцяло на теракот, има вътрешни стълби, неподходящи за малки деца. В апартамента има камина, но няма предоставени дърва. Подобна е ситуацията с барбекюто в двора, има налично, но няма дървени въглища за него.
