The farmhouse was beautiful. Great location for a family birthday celebration.
Could have been cleaner. Dishes left in dishwasher, empty bottles in the cupboard.
Cleaning team hadn't left teatowels, toilet rolls, hand towels or bathmats for us.
We had to hunt for the iron and ironing board as they weren't left in the utility room as noted. The owners turned up that evening with the missing items, to be fair. But you do wonder about the Cleaning team and their attention to detail. There are broken parts in the house that could be repaired, and replaced. For the money we paid for 2 nights you would expect better and more, to be fair. We have stayed in higher spec places for less. It's a beautiful building and the kitchen is stunning, I just think with a bit of care and attention to detail it could be much more worth the money.
