I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice with its passable standard in booking.com. I found it reallly comfortable and I had all I needed and more. The spa part is none existent and I’d say that why they aren’t getting good reviews. It’s definitely not a spa. Hot tubs are there but look like they are empty for a long time and my daughter tried the gym and said it wasn’t good but the room was very good
