Location was superb and despite other reviews, we found it very clean; cupboard space was great, heating worked well and we cooked and ate in quite a few nights so it was cosy.
Bathroom/shower worked well, so no issues there.
There are ski lockers in basement but we didn't use them as ski hire place provided them for us so all super convenient.
The agent's office is about a 10 minute walk away so they were super helpful when we wanted something and had lots of local information.
Balcony was lovely and views were great too - surprisingly quiet considering central location, parked in garage and forgot about car the whole week.
I would definitely go again.
There was no WiFi and could have done with a few more kitchen utensils. This was easily resolved as I bought more data before I left home and everyone was bumping off my phone for data.
As for utensils, just minor things - didn't stop us from cooking - eg no wooden spoon so used a different type of spoon.
Space is tight - beds pull down from wall - this was fine for us.

Buenas situación. Buenas calefacción. Buenos colchones.
Mobiliario antiguo. Había polvo, soy alérgico fue muy molesto. Tuvimos que hacer una limpieza a fondo el primer día.

The location of this place is perfect. A few minutes walk from each gondola in Morzine. Close to all shops and restaurants. Great view from the balcony.
The agency managing the property were great at replying to messages/emails. They were very helpful. They sorted our lift passes and left them in the apartment.
The apartment is dated but for £570 for 6 nights in March in that location was fine. Beds were comfortable. We paid a bit extra to get bed sheets/towels etc. it's pretty quiet at night time.
The restaurant on the ground floor sells unbelievable Ramen
It's small but expected for the price. Could have been cleaner. The place was a bit dusty. Replacing the TV for a small smart TV would be a bonus
