The Fox Den

Just over a great pub, walking distance to town. Available parking.

The property was very spacious, well equipped, and in a great location for our needs. There was plenty of space for five of us to be sociable and not feel crowded. The situation, ie. above the pub, suited us well, and although you can hear noise from below, it closed at 11pm.

It wasn’t a dislike, just a need to be aware that access to Fox Den is via an external staircase/ fire escape.

I had booked here for a group of ladies visiting the nearby Nirvana spa. We didn't end up staying because unfortunately there had been a leak in the flat HOWEVER Kevin was absolutely amazing and sorted us out alternative accomodation. He was in touch with us throughout and available to us if we had any questions, and he paid the difference and parking for two vehicles at his own expense. We are all incredibly grateful to Kevin, as we have previously had bad experiences with last minute cancellations. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again if we revisit the spa!

The unit was well equipped with many extras. It was not sparse as you may find some places. The kitchen had coffee, some spices and items to use for cooking. We didn’t use them but great if we had been staying longer. Even feminine hygiene products that could be very useful. Very considerate. I would definitely stay here again.
