The Fox Den was ideal for us as an extended family with a dog. Loads of space, multiple rooms, and very convenient for just about everything. Our stay coincided with a heatwave, so we had the windows open most of the time. Sure, the traffic could be a bit noisy - and with the pub's beer garden packed too, this wasn't a quiet stay. But the pub and flat are great. Other good things include convenient parking, lots of nearby shops and restaurants, and a pleasant park 30 seconds away in which to walk the dog.
The flat is genuinely great, but it could do with a bit of TLC in terms of exterior paint on the balcony. But this was just a small thing overall.

The pub was lovely, great food and really welcoming staff. We left an item of clothing after our stay and they posted it back with no trouble. The flat was much bigger than we expected and very cool given it was the heatwave in the UK!
