3P neuf et climatisé Nice le Port à 9mn de la mer

L’appartamento è praticamente nuovo, recentemente ristrutturato e molto piacevole. La posizione è davvero ottima: si trova in una zona molto comoda e vicinissima al centro. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e reattiva. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo segnalato due o tre piccoli problemi e ha sempre risposto rapidamente

Il problema principale è la quasi totale mancanza di insonorizzazione. Si sentono moltissimo i rumori provenienti dall’appartamento al piano superiore e praticamente ogni mattina siamo stati svegliati intorno alle 6 dai vicini che si alzavano e si preparavano per andare al lavoro. È successo anche nel fine settimana, anche se un po’ più tardi. Per chi è in vacanza e vorrebbe dormire un po’ di più e riposarsi, è un problema importante. Probabilmente non è semplice da risolvere, perché richiederebbe un vero intervento di insonorizzazione, ma credo che sia un aspetto da tenere in considerazione quando si destina un appartamento agli affitti turistici all’interno di un condominio.

Location, beds and kitchen area was grear. Well appointed and helpful.owner. wifi and air con was fab. The lift is useful but don't be fooled - only takes one person at a time!

Sadly the sofa needs replacing. It's very uncomfortable and impractical. Also the flat sleeps 4 but only 3 chairs to eat at the bar.

Eigenlijk niks (maar jammer dat de lift voor 1 persoon is en het 5 verdiepingen hoog was 😌)

We loved the vibe of the apartment and the host was great! The location was close to most things we needed or was easily walkable. The property had good storage and some essentials in the apartment that may be needed.

We found the property to be very noisy in the evening and in the mornings. The smell from the drains in the shower was also very bad during our stay. The bedside table lamp wasn’t plugged in and when we plugged it in it wasn’t working which meant we had to keep the big light on. The bathroom didn’t seem to have an extractor fan which meant that the bathroom got very steamy and the door also didn’t lock. The sofa in the living area was not very nice or comfy, I think it would actually be better to not have a sofa at all rather than that one. The dark colour towels (navy/black and green) left small dark fabric all over us after we used them, white towels would always be better for an apartment.
