We’ve spent seven days in this so well located apartment and it’s been great. It is very close to the Requier train station, which is very convenient and not as crowded as the Nice Ville one. Also, a few steps away from the old town and beach. Definitely its greatest advantage. Everything was very clean and, despite the ceiling fan was not working, we were provide with a portable fan, which was nice and needed with the heatwave.
Some additional hangers may be a great addition for the apartment and for taking full advantage of the closet.

Вид из окна был просто шикарный, квартира очень светлая, уютная, в ней приятно находиться. Месторасположение очень хорошее, все рядом, рядом есть продуктовые магазины и пекарня. В квартире есть все необходимое.
Душ мог бы быть закрыт больше дверью , чтобы не вытекала вода на пол, в раковине в ванной плохо проходила вода, раздвижные окна на террасу не запираются.

Room size, location, facilities, large balcony, internet speed, cutlery, fridge, washing machine, large bathrooms, very clean, responsive and friendly host. I definetly recommend it and will come again.
This was the difference from giving it a 10, so not major, but they add up: the shower has a small protective glass and watter spills everywhere. The balcony glass doors are not perfectly closable, which invites the outside noise. Also the bed needs a bit of fixing, it squeaks and moves extremely easily.
