We went to Kensington Place because we were evening guests at a wedding in Chelsea therefore the location was good. We had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The beds were comfy, we had towels for our stay and we needed to iron our wedding outfits and Isaac replied instantly to let us know where to find this. The price was good for central London and we did have an easy experience. We found lots of food places close and a Tesco express 2 minute walk.

There was a lot of mould in the bathrooms but suggesting by the humidifier around Isaac is trying to do what he can. Also there were 2 showers which was great for the 6 of us but they were not satisfactory. The top shower didn't work in one bathroom but you could use the bottom hand held shower. This shower still did not have a lot of pressure. All of this said, I would still use this property for the excellent response from the host, the price for our stay and the closeness to all amenities you would need food/shop/tube.

The location was fantastic. Air con in the rooms was great. Two bathrooms is always good. Overall location location location would mean I’d come back.

Says 3 bedrooms but it’s actually 2 with a double bed in the lounge. Owner not responsive at all. Sent 3 emails with no reply to any of them. Had to ring him at 10.30 on the morning of the stay to find out where to collect key from. He was still not forthcoming o ing and said he’d let me know later. Rather disconcerting when we were due to check in within 4.5 hours. Only gave me check in details after I’d contacted booking.com for help. Made for an anxious arrival
