Ivy is excited to present this tastefully designed two bedroom Kensington apartment. This home is located on a quiet residential street in an ideal location, perfect for small families or couples looking for extra space to relax.

As you make your way through the home you will notice the light and airy neutral palette. To your right awaits a well-equipped kitchen, fitted with all necessary appliances for home cooking and a generous dining table. To your left you will find access to the leafy communal garden, perfect for a morning coffee, via the tastefully furnished living room.  

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS 
The home has two bedrooms both with UK standard double sized (4.5ft wide) beds, the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Both bedrooms are served by one communal bathroom complete with basin, toilet, bath and shower.  

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This apartment is accessed at lower ground level. The entrance is reached down a short flight of external steps. Once inside, the home is set out over a single level.

A short stroll and you will find yourself at major attractions such as Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum and Kensington Palace (the home of Will and Kate). We enjoyed the VRBO very much. Clean, modern and quiet. It is convenient to London public transportation as well as many restaurants. We used it as a base for our 5 day stay. An only negative we found was the stairs that access the unit. That said, I would stay again, and would certainly recommend it to fellow travellers.

The location is ideal for exploring London, situated between the Earl's Court and Gloucester Road underground stations. You'll find yourself close to shopping, pubs, and restaurants. The flat is comfortable and features a lovely garden, making it a relaxing retreat. However, it's worth noting that the steps to get to the basement flat are steep and narrow, which may pose a challenge, especially when carrying luggage.
