A cozy apartment with convenient parking space. Enjoy the terrace breakfast every morning!

It would be better if more amenities (toilet paper) could be provided as we stayed for 5 nights.

Location is quite nice, it took only 10 minutes drive towards the beach and streets with shops and restaurants. Area was quite safe. There is a nice terrace at the apartments. Apartments looks like on the photo and was quite clean. It is nicely equipped with everything you need.

You could see it from feedbacks of others - this is literally apartments someone is actually living in. There are a lot of quite private personal belongings here and there, there is no room in wardrobes, closets or cupboards - all is occupied with owners stuff. Closet mirror in the bedroom had a crack which could be also seen on the photo. Also as someone mentioned - at the evening you could hear someone is watching TV very loudly. Also when we arrived we had some issues with mobile connection and instructions how to get the keys was provided by parts from different sources, including a video. We were provided with all details but on a critical moment of our arrival we were not able to access it. Some PDF with pictures could work much easier. It could even contain a QR code to join WiFi instead of very long password you have to manually type.

Wir mochten das sehr gut ausgestattete Appartement mit neuer Küche (die wir allerdings kaum nützten), tollen festen Matratzen im Schlafzimmer, einer Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer (vielleicht wäre die zu zweit nicht so praktisch und bequem wie für unser Kind alleine), sehr großem Balkon (bei uns im April noch zu kühl, um ihn zu nutzen) und dem Parkplatz als Zusatz-Benefit. 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. netter Spaziergang. Wir haben in den 4 Tagen viele Ausflüge gemacht und waren viel mit dem Auto unterwegs.

Was man wissen sollte, ist, das auch Sachen von den Eigentümern im Appartement sind - sowohl in der Küche und im Badezimmer als auch in Schränken. Wen das stört und wer ein leeres Apartment möchte, ist vielleicht woanders besser aufgehoben. Für uns war es kein Problem.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. A big plus was that it was fully equipped, from a dishwasher to a washing machine and much more. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. Another big plus was that there was private parking, which is very convenient for those arriving by car. There was also an elevator. The apartment had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside! Because we arrived in Nice early, we were able to check in earlier, which was very helpful and convenient and for which we are very grateful to the owners. The town was not far away and could be reached by car (7min) or on foot (18min). There were supermarkets nearby. The apartment owners were always available. 10/10!!!“
