Excellent host, good value for money
Host was super friendly and the apartment was well turned out. The host replied quickly to queries and check-in/out was easy. The apartment was conveniently near a shop and it wasn't too far to walk to the town centre (~20 min).
The bathroom could do with a bit of a deep clean, otherwise the general cleanliness of the apartment was good.

Exceeded expectations!
The apartment was even nicer than I'd imagined from the pictures. There was everything we needed for our stay, and the owner was there to show us around and explain the appliances when we got there. He was really friendly and helpful, and contactable throughout. The location was really convenient too, with a shop below, and a wide range of restaurants and takeaways nearby - everything close walking distance. Plenty of secure parking space too. We would definitely love to stay here Good communication from the owner throughout our stay - thank you!
There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment, but families with small children should be mindful that there is a big busy road close by.

Dirty, unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing
I’m not sure how to even start this review other than letting any future booking this company might get. I strongly believe I need to address my dissatisfaction, concerns and overall disappointment I have with the property. Upon arrival I noticed a strong faux fresh scent as in maybe a linen air freshener or clean cotton and at first glance the apartment looks fine, as we’ve shuffled beds around (as all beds were in single form and we have 3 children 1 of which would be co sleeping with myself and partner) and removed scented plug ins it’s became more apparent and strongly noticeable the lack of cleanliness and unhygienic stench in here. When joining the beds in one of the bedrooms we came across empty packet of ibuprofen a plastic lid, a sweet stick to the carpet along with a lip balm and bobble, making it clear to us that a thorough clean had not been performed. We even searched for a hoover which there was not one. As I’ve rearranged linen and pillows again the strong faux fresh scent was so strong it had started affecting my oldest son’s chest who suffers severe asthma he’d started to experience a tight chest and was coughing, our middle son also has severe eczema which we knew at this point would not be able to sleep in these sheets. The time now was getting late so we found the closest supermarket and bought new linen at our own expense. After this I’ve decided to take a thorough inspection of both the kitchen and bathroom to which by this point and to no surprise showed further filth and uncleanliness. To offer this property out to paying customers in the unhygienic state it is in is by far unacceptable. I’d sent a message to the person we met with on arrival as he’d stated please get in touch at any point day or night if there is issues. It took over 12 hours for me to get any response and the response was basically an apology and an offer of 30% if we would stay again!

The decor was beautiful and well done. The apartment is warm, inviting and spacious with of plenty room. Nice size kitchen and fully equipped, the beds are comfortable the sheets were clean and smelt lovely.
It was a shame there was no lift, it’s only 1 flight of stairs but if anyone has mobility issues that might be a little problematic.

Great stay, recommend
We had two power cuts during our stay but Host was really helpful and sorted it out within a very short time and offered small refund. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great heating system rooms warm up really fast. Flat was neat and clean when we checked in. Check out process was easy.
Would be helpful if there was a laundry drying machine, could do with a newer washing machine as well.

Location was perfect for us, the apartment was roomy and had all facilities. The kitchen was very good with everything needed to cook and eat. The living room was cosy.
