Puede comprobar que se escuchan los ruidos de los vecinos, las paredes permiten escuchar todos los ruidos.

Mooi appertement in rustige veilige buurt met aangename winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden op wandel afstand. Mooi groot park vlakbij. 5 a 10 minuutjes wandelen tot metro. goed uitgeruste keuken. zalig bed. tv op slaapkamer. ideaal voor 2 personen voor meerdere personen iets te klein volgens ons.

soms problemen met wifi, maar viel best wel mee.

Le logement et son aménagement

La distance du métro D’avoir du payer 60 euros car j’ai demandé à quitter le logement à 17 heures au lieu de 11h et ce pour des raisons indépendantes de ma volonté.

The location and neighborhood are great. The apartment has all the amenities: a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen where cooking is a delight. Really liked the furniture, the radio (which I listened to every morning), and the paintings on the walls.

Unfortunately, had an unsatisfactory experience in communication with the host. The host requested a separate €200 deposit outside of the Booking payment system and informed us about the payment methods only two days before arrival, despite the Booking info stating it would be charged 14 days in advance. On check-in day, we asked about paying the deposit by cash or Visa/Mastercard, but our question went unanswered for ~1.5 hours, so we ended up hurriedly creating a PayPal account and were forced to pay a €10 fee for the deposit transfer. The alternative was WERO, which only works with Western European bank accounts. When we questioned the fee, the host suggested we should've used PayPal's "friends and family" option, which is meant for personal transfers and breaches PayPal's terms when used commercially. Those business costs and risks shouldn't land on guests. And finally, the host deducted €7 from the deposit for a towel without our confirmation. Such washable hair-dye stains have never been an issue with any other host before.
