Studio lumineux proche Paris Vincennes

The location was very convenient. It was easy to get to the city centre for the touristy spots and to Disneyland. Even though I could hear when other tenants left their apartments, I was never able to hear them inside their actual unit, so I always had sound sleep throughout the night; great soundproofing in the building. The water in the shower was also great and stayed very warm!

Booking.com stated that check-in was at 2:00 pm while the host clarified that it was at 3:00 pm, it was a bit confusing getting conflicting information. There were also no toiletries apart from hand soap and body soap bars; I was expecting shampoo as well.

Não consegui contactar o proprietário. Nunca me respondeu a qualquer questão via mensagem e tentamos ligar e o número nunca funcionou. Para além disso a hora do check in tinha início às 14h e no próprio dia mudou para as 15h, tivemos que ficar na rua à espera.

The property has a nice localisation, close to metro station.

The staff is not ok. Communication with them either. I informed them the day of my arrival that the towels weren’t cleaned. I had to send them pictures to « prove » what I was saying. Clean towels only arrived two days later. Thanks god I have brought my hair towel. That’s not acceptable. Plus, the place wasn’t clean. Adding to that, they required a caution which I was informed of a day after I could cancel my reservation. I haven’t read the information for caution at the time of my reservation, and I would have appreciate to get the info BEFORE I could cancel. Not that I care to give a caution, but I appreciate transparency.
