9 - nice host, gave as some good recommendations what to see.
Lack of transparency in add: you rent room in owners private space.
Flat is in old Valetta's core, which probbably partially explains state of property. Room without windows, more precisely window facing hall.
No privacy. No air. Thank God there was heating in the room via airconditioning.
Main problem everything is dirty.
First day I washed all dishes in sink, as guest i didn't feel wellcome to use anything as everything was dirty. Owner didn't wash anything in a week.
As I come from touristic country, minimum requirement is in the most modest accommodation is to be clean. Every surface needs to be wiped and cleaned, literally.
Owner is older man in pension, should get help from kids or get paid help.
If place was clean, it would be quite cozy with artistic touch.
