Location and the facilities. You have everything you need for a family vacation, including washing machine. The public transportation very good and relatively close.

The TV was broken, but you don't need to watch TV, Malta has many things to offer.

Buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi praticamente tutti i punti di interesse de La Valletta (ma del resto ogni hotel all'interno di La Valletta presenta la medesima caratteristica). Situato in una via tranquilla. Buone dimensioni della camera. Self check-in facile e veloce tramite key-box. Interazione con la proprietà veloce e chiara. Utile il terrazzino con stendibiancheria e tavolino/sedie.

Il televisore era rotto e non funzionava (analoga segnalazione risulta già effettuata nel gennaio 2026 ma ciò nonostante la TV non è stata riparata/sostituita). Lo split del condizionatore era lievemente rumoroso e non funzionava per il riscaldamento (con temperature fresche ed umidità si rischia di patire il freddo nella stanza). L'asse del water (in plastica), oltre ad essere di dimensioni inferiori rispetto al bordo della tazza, era del tutto instabile e quando ci si sedeva si rischiava di scivolare (una maggior attenzione a tale dettaglio sarebbe auspicabile tenuto conto del costo della struttura). Gli accessori da bagno (saponi, bagnoschiuma etc...) erano davvero "minimal" (1 piccola saponetta ed un flacone di sapone notevolmente annacquato). Per il resto null'altro da segnalare.

The location was great, in a relatively quiet street, close to the centre. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The interior carpentry was either not finished or ill-finished. The shower leaked.

Location, nice interior design, balcony

First - it's not 1 bed apartment, it's a studio. It has only 1 room that is living room and bedroom as well. Should not fool the customers like that. There is additional sofa bed, but no additional sheets, so you can not choose to separate the beds. Second - even bigger problem, customer service. You will get plenty of generic messagges from the accomodation, but whenever you need some additional info, they will ignore it.TV didn't work for 4 days, and once we tried to point that to staff, they were really unhelpfull and unpleasant, like you are disturbing them with a whatsapp call. They didn't do anything to fix it. They don't care about your late flight, they don't have option to store the luggage, and they don't care where you will leave it. But you will get the messagge that check out is at 10am, and to infrom them if you intend to leave earler. Next customer - new money, who cares if the previos one is satisfied or not. Conslusion - not our first stay in Valletta, but definatelly the last in this accommodation. Choose elswhere, there are plenty of better options in Valletta
