Quiet, comfortable, stylish property in a great location
The house was beautifully renovated, clean and comfortable and was perfectly located in a quiet side street less an 15 minutes' walk from the centre of St Remy, and with a lovely boulangerie 5 minutes' walk away. The kitchen is well equipped (but note there was no food or cooking materials of any sort provided, except for salt). Free parking is available directly opposite the house. The local contact, Alex, was there to welcome us and was helpful and responsive when we contacted her with a couple of questions during the week. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the property.
The stairs (two flights to the main en suite bedroom) are VERY steep and narrow and not suitable for young children, the elderly or anyone unsteady on their feet - it was also quite challenging (but not impossible) to get a large suitcase upstairs. There was no information provided about the house or the local area, except for a few leaflets - we would have appreciated a welcome pack. Communication with the owners before arrival was not great - I had to chase several times for a response to my request for late arrival, and we did not receive any directions to the property even though it is tricky to find (sat nav took us to the wrong place).

La casa era súper bonita, acogedora y muy silenciosa con todo lo necesario para una estancia excepcional. Un 10 para Alexandra que nos recibió al llegar y estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo.
