Located in the small Provençal village of Maillane, between Avignon and the Alpilles, the villa “Les Demoiselles” is a newly built, detached home with a private pool.
Close to the village center’s amenities (a 5-minute walk), you’ll be just a short distance from Provençal tourist attractions: Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (7 km), Avignon and its famous Palais des Papes (18 km), Les Baux-de-Provence (10 km)—one of the most beautiful villages in France—and Arles (22 km) with its Roman heritage rich in tradition. You’ll enjoy a memorable stay filled with relaxation and tradition nestled between the Alpilles, the Camargue, and the Luberon.
This charming 145 m² home sits on a fenced-in, south-facing lot of 500 m² and features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
On the first floor, the 50 m² main living area (kitchen and living room) opens onto the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and filter coffee maker—opens onto a covered terrace with a barbecue. An adjoining laundry room features a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. There is also an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private bathroom.
Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a private bathroom. A second air-conditioned bedroom features two 90 x 200 beds that can be pushed together, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a private bathroom.
Outside, there is a 7 x 3.5 private pool secured by an alarm system, along with lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a pétanque court.

The house is very beautiful and the owner have selected the interior very carefully and nicely. We felt home from the beginning. The owner was reachable and answered quickly when we had a question. If you have a dog, you are able to walk right away from the house in the fields and there is a lot
of space. The house is 10 minutes by car from the city center of St. Remy. In walking distance from the house is a very nice and recommendable restaurant L‘oustalet maianen. We will come again and then the houses in the neighbourhood are hopefully finished in due course and no construction noise anymore.
