There was no problem with an early check-in, for a start. The staff is very helpful. The location is excellent and the setup itself quite special (you can get a feel how it would be to live in such a house, which is a nice change from the hotel rooms).
There was nothing we didn't like. I was a bit suspicious of a concept of common shower room, but it was perfectly clean.

Chambre propre et locaux plutôt propre ( sauf le deuxième jour la douche commune avait été utilisé par des gens de l’étage et était vraiment dans un état sale , on a dû passé un coup de propre avant de l’utiliser le matin à 10 h )
Le prix de la nuit reste élevé pour un endroit ne disposant pas de sanitaires privés , on a payé moins cher à Tokyo Kyoto et Osaka pour des établissements avec des services supérieur. C’est une ambiance hostel mais au prix d’un hôtel
