    It is no frill budget accommodation. Room was surprisingly big. It has cute little touches like scent items. Downstairs has the spa. Staff is amazing and courteous. Also, basic breakfast is included, which is a rarity for this budget in Bangkok area.

    Pros: **Good location as it is near MRT Ministry of Public Health; **It is also cheap **The staff is courteous and tries their best to communicate in English (using Google Translate) **The first floor is a massage spa, and you get discounts Cons: **Since it is near the MRT, it is loud, and I won't recommend it for light sleepers **The free breakfast is useless for me. The coffee is a 3-in-1 type. The bread is kept in room temperature throughout the day, and I saw that the container is moist (a breeding ground for molds). **The toilet in one of the rooms I've stayed in has a bad odor, and no tissue papers are provided (or they forgot to replenish supplies in the room) **It is hard to lock the windows in the balcony **There is no information about WiFi inside the room **There is no elevator, so I won't recommend this hotel if you have a big luggage
