If you stuck check in time on main gate then owner WhatsApp number is not working (mentioned on main gate for contact) . Other everything is excellent.

Owner does not stay at the property, they won’t even pick up your calls or reply to your messages if you are having an issue with anything, so 0% customer support.
This place is only good for people who does not mind sleeping in a dirty (previously used bedding by former customers), who does not require any sunlight or fresh air in their room, and they are happy to stay in a 6 x 6 ft size room where only one queen bed and a small table can fit in (no space to live like a normal person who likes to have some space in a room to move around lol

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at with zero staff to assist or fix problems.
The lobby is so disturbing and smells like rotting garbage and bacteria
They have a room just covered in water and poop. It smells horrid and is very hot and humid from all the broken pipes everywhere leaking puddles of water
I swear it's not worth saving the money. It was putrid , the rooms were no better. The bed was as hard as a rock and it's not even a mattress it's just a box spring so it hurts so bad. I also woke up with new big bites every day. They definitely have bed bugs here. I'm very upset about my expirence
Do not believe the fake photos on Agoda. It tricked me and then the hotel refused to refund me. They will keep your money and ignore your complains
Also it's noisey from the party road and the AC works horrible
I could forgive all that if it was not so disgusting and hazardous to ones health
