    This place is too far away from station, the staffs are warm but I don’t get about one day they asked me to show our passport for unreasonable facts. They asked me “ Am I see or talk with somebody who stayed in the apartment? “ I never seen or told somebody in that apartment. But they can’t explain about that very well and they take our passport photo

    READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT THE PLACE. This property is only for residents. The rental activities here are all illegal (there are multiple official notes around the premises also declared so). You shouldn’t support these illegal activities. Now, onto the place itself. You can’t use thoe main elevators. You can only use the only backup lift in the back of the building which the staff of the premises also use (they also used that lift to transport trashes so it’s really stinky). The room itself is quite old and there are a lots of stains on the wall and table. The bed would not be comfy if you like soft beds. Only basic amenities which are 2 body towels, 2 face towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, an addition toilet paper, 1 box of tissue and that’s about it. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, ear buds or even DRINKING WATER. You gotta buy it all or bring it yourself. They give you some sets of dishes, spoons and chopsticks but there are no cutting knife or scissor (if you planned to bring food home). On the brightside, the views are quite nice, the place is in a very convenient spot to reach all the big malls or shopping/ eating streets if you use taxi. The host is quite responsive if you contact them on their preferred message apps. *quick guide: you should use Bolt instead of Grab because it’s way cheaper. You can choose the type of ride to either get nice price/ far away drivers or pricier/ nearby drivers. And you should double the estimated TOA because traffic jams are constant throughout the day.
