    I stayed there for one month. The building is good and has all the facilities if you rent for a full month. However, if you rent for less than a month, you won’t have access to the swimming pool or fitness center. The room facilities are good, but there is an issue with cockroaches. Also, they require a 10,000 THB deposit, which is not mentioned in the listing. Please make sure to confirm all details before booking.

    We booked in the same condo that we live in for my parents for ease of access and convenience. Staff helped out a lot parents enjoyed the room and there was no issues at the check in

    Book a 2 bed room suit at here first day of arrival , there is no toilet paper so I requested from the host which was taking care of my suite for the next 1 week, after requesting it never come until next day so u request again. Finally after the 3rd day then he sent the toilet rolls. Tv also have some issues, told the host and they said they will sent technicians to come, for the first few days we can’t watch tv, also 3rd day they come and fix. Lastly AIRCON LEAKING, it happens on the 3rd day of staying told them immediately when the living room aircon and the other bedroom aircon both are leaking terribly especially the bedroom, water comes out from the floor and leaking out from the aircon, we have to use the 2 rubbish bin to catch the water there’s no choice, host reply me will find a technician to come and fix, 3 day after the technician finally come which is our 6th day of staying and alr going back the next day. Finally on the 6th day of staying every thing is well and no issues. Overall I can say is their service is really super slow but the location is good, additionally if you’re a smoker they do have balcony but you can’t smoke on the balcony, you have to go down to their smoking area, if not you will be fine up to 5000bhat.
