La posizione della casa è stupenda, a piedi in tre minuti si arriva al viale principale di Villasimius che viene chiuso al traffico alla sera e diventa pedonale, supermercato e farmacia a cinque minuti a piedi, garage comodo che mantiene l'auto fresca anche con il sole più cocente. La terrazza in ombra, ventilata e panoramica è l'ideale per fare colazione o per pasteggiare.

The apartment is in a strategic location, not far from the sea and close to the pedestrian area of Villasimius. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished, with a large sea-view terrace featuring two lounge areas and a dining space. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and is well stocked. It also includes a garage right below the house, which is extremely useful when parking spaces are unavailable. The two bedrooms, both with double beds, are spacious and comfortable, as are the two bathrooms.
